Romain Girtanner

Summary Open

Romain joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2005, became a Partner in 2011 and now heads the Paris office.

He specialises in French and international tax law. He advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and on structuring investments in the energy and private equity sectors, in France and abroad.

Romain acts for a wide variety of clients such as investment funds, banks, corporate/company groups, entrepreneurs and family offices, notably on asset and project finance transactions, corporate restructuring schemes, international estate planning and tax litigation.
