Pierre focuses his practice on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and projects in the energy sector. He advises investment funds, sponsors and developers on both domestic and cross-border disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and financing transactions.

Pierre also gained experience in negotiating project agreements in the renewable energy sector.

Pierre previously worked in another global law firm in Paris. Pierre graduated from Sciences Po Paris in Economic Law and holds a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He also completed an LL.M. degree (Master in Law) at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy from the University of Dundee in Scotland.

Experience Open

    • Advising the ADEME and GE on their equity investment in the Merkur offshore wind farm project of an installed capacity of 396 MW through their investment vehicle Coriolis Foak. Project Merkur was awarded European Offshores Deal of the year in 2016.
    • Advising Cobra Concesiones and EOLFI on the equity investment of Cobra Concesiones in a floating wind project in Taiwan developed by EOLFI, consisting of five offshore wind farms, each of an installed capacity of 500 MW.
    • Advising Falck Renewables on the acquisition of five onshore wind farms in France.
