Leo’s practice includes shipping, ship finance and general corporate and commercial transactions. In a career spanning over 35 years, Leo has advised across the full spectrum of maritime finance transactions.

In addition to advising on U.S. federal and New York law, Leo advises on matters of Marshall Islands and Liberian corporate and maritime law. He has been a leading adviser on Liberian law in the maritime industry and is ranked in the category of Shipping Foreign Expert-Liberia by Chambers Global.

    • Acting as special maritime counsel to the lenders in respect of a U.S.$825,000,000 credit facility in favor of General Maritime Corporation.
