    • An airline on restructuring its relationships with its Thai subsidiary to enhance the value of its investment and shareholdings within the regulatory, accounting, listing and corporate law.
    • A famous online vehicle auction company that would like to restructure its group companies in Thailand.
    • On Thai regulatory requirements as part of the global acquisition of an international sexual wellness group companies.
    • A Thai organic food supply company in relation to its proposed acquisition of a factory for use as new manufacturing premises.
    • Various local and international companies on labour law issues including employment contracts, restructuring of Thai operations and redundancy of staff.
    • A US-based manufacturer on relocation of leased factory premises arising out of flood damage to factory premises.
    • A global engineer consultant on liability which might incur under Thai securities laws and other laws if technical reports prepared for its clients are either shown to a third party funder or a prospectus.
