    • Minsheng Financial Leasing Corporation as buyer in its portfolio acquisition from SMBC and financing of 13 aircraft from Ryanair, China Eastern Airlines, Norwegian Air, SAS, Iberia, Aeroflot and Garuda
    • Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd as buyer in its purchase financed by a syndicate of lenders led by BNP Paribas of three aircraft from Guggenheim Aviation Partners Ltd.
    • Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. as seller in the sale of two aircraft currently on lease to China Airlines to a special purchase entity buyer established by DVB.
    • Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. as buyer in the purchase from German Aviation Capital GmBH, of a portfolio of aircraft which then be leased to Lucky Air, West Air, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines and Tianjin Airlines
    • Agricultural Bank of China Leasing Co., Ltd. as buyer from Novus in the acquisition of interests of one aircraft on lease to Finnair
    • Agricultural Bank of China Leasing Co., Ltd. as seller of its interests in one aircraft on lease to Finnair to China Aircraft Leasing Service Ltd.
    • China Development Bank Hong Kong Branch as lender in the extension of a facility to SPVs borrower set up by Avolon for the purchase of four aircraft on lease to InterGlobe Aviation and one aircraft on lease to Garuda.
    • Arab Banking Corporation as lender in the extension of a facility to a SPV set up by Avolon for the purchase of one aircraft on lease to InterGlobe Aviation
    • ICBCFL as lessor in the sale and leaseback of four aircraft on lease to AirAsia
    • Advising a PRC lessor in the redelivery dispute under an operating lease with an European airline.
    Water, power and infrastructure
    • China Water Affairs Group Limited in connection with an equity investment by the International Finance Corporation up to an amount of approximately HK$155 million
    • Asian Development Bank as lender in connection with the long-term US$120 million loan and seven-year US$288 million loan to Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited and its PRC subsidiary BEWG Environmental Group Co. Ltd. for municipal wastewater and reuse projects in the PRC
    • Asian Development Bank as lender for a US$200 million multi-currency financing to China Water Affairs Group Limited in connection with the expansion and improvement of water distribution in rural and semi-urban communities in the PRC
    Corporate and acquisition finance
    • Ping An Bank as lender on a HK$3.8 billion facility to PA Investment Funds SPC IV for its participation in the buyout of Dalian Wanda Commercial Property Co’s Hong Kong-listed shares for an aggregate value of HK$34.5 billion (US$4.4 billion)
    • Bank of China Limited Macau Branch and Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. as mandated lead arrangers and original lenders in a US$2 billion financing to Solid Union Limited for the acquisition and privatisation of Shenzhen-headquartered Mindray Medical International Limited, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices worldwide listed on the NYSE
    • Bank of China Limited, Macau Branch as lender in a US$55 million term loan to Candlewood Investment SRL and Springwood Investment SRL to finance their share purchase for the acquisition of the share capital in Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. and a US$25 million term loan to Candlewood Investment SRL for its general corporate funding
    • Bank of China, Macau Branch as lender in a US$470 million loan to Fosun International Limited, as borrower, to finance the payment of the share purchase consideration of a certain company
    • Bank of China Limited Macau Branch and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited as mandated lead arrangers and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited as agent in a US$250 million loan to Trident Investment Holdings Limited for financing the Carlyle Group and Huo’s Group’s acquisition of a 75% stake in Tongyi Lubricants from Shell.
