    Jennifer’s experience includes advising:
    • OFTO lenders and hedging banks on a £1.3bn investment-grade financing in relation to the acquisition by leading Danish pension funds PKA and PFA of a 50% stake in 659 MW Walney Extension offshore wind farm from Ørsted. The deal is valued at £2bn, of which £1.3bn is being funded through the issuance of a bond.
    • Vattenfall on its acquisition of UK gas and electricity supply business ISupplyEnergy.
    • The ECAs, IFIs and commercial lenders in relation to the US$5.5bn Star refinery project in Turkey.
    • The Royal Bank of Scotland in relation to an acquisition and construction facility for Lightsource.
    • A BlackRock owned project company on the EKF backed construction financing for the 160MW Tellenes wind farm in Norway, including the power purchase arrangements with Google. This deal was listed as one of Inspiratia’s top ten most significant renewables deals of 2016.
    • The lender and UKEF in relation to a facility to a Biwater company for the construction and operation of a desalination plant in the British Virgin Islands.
    • Macquarie in relation to a PFI project involving construction and financing of children’s hospital in Scotland.
