    • Practiced commercial litigation including representation of public client in litigation versus its hired management consultant in a large-scale construction project also known as the Central Artery/Tunnel Project or the “Big Dig” in Massachusetts.
    • Represented clients in liquidation and business restructuring.
    • Drafted pleadings including, inter alia, complaints, summary judgment motions,discovery requests and pre-trial memoranda, for bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
    • Conducted document review, legal research and drafting of memoranda of law in bankruptcy, commercial and collections litigation matters, including the matter of a group of clients attempting to collect Iranian assets located in the United States based on a judgment obtained against the Islamic Republic of Iran under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
