    Emmanuel’s experience includes advising:
    • European renewables platform Vortex, which is managed by the private equity arm of EFG Hermes, on its acquisition of 365 MW UK solar PV portfolio with an enterprise value of c. £470m from TerraForm Power.  Comprising 24 operational assets, Vortex’s new acquisition represents one of the largest solar PV portfolios in the UK.
    • Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition, on behalf of its Copenhagen Infrastructure II fund, of two onshore wind projects in Texas, Bearkat Renewable Energy Project (366MW) and Blue Cloud Renewable Energy Project (150MW), from Tri Global Energy.
    • BlackRock owned project company on the EKF backed construction financing for the 160MW Tellenes wind farm in Norway, including the power purchase arrangements with Google. This deal was listed as one of Inspiratia’s top ten most significant renewables deals of 2016.
    • The potential lenders for a nuclear power station on the construction documentation.
    • The Lenders on the construction documentation for a hydoelectric plant in Honduras.
    • The Lenders to the Milton Keynes waste project sponsored by AmeyCespa and involving construction by AmeyCespa of a 130,000 tpa combined MBT/AD/ATT energy from waste plant.
    • The Lenders on the EPC contract (FIDIC Based), management services agreement and O&M agreements for a solar project in Rwanda.
