Daniel is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution group in New York. His broad-based litigation practice includes commercial contract disputes, environmental litigation and regulatory matters, employment disputes, copyright infringement, products liability, First Amendment, and Commercial Decency Act litigations.

Prior to joining WFW, Daniel worked as a litigation associate at Bryan Cave where he represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigations.

Daniel received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.  While studying at Fordham Law School, Daniel was as an intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the Violent and Organized Crime Unit and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert P. Patterson, Senior United States District Judge, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Additionally, Daniel was a Fordham Urban Law Journal staff member and the Fordham Moot Court Mentor Competition Editor.
