    • European renewables platform Vortex, which is managed by the private equity arm of EFG Hermes, on its acquisition of 365 MW UK solar PV portfolio with an enterprise value of c. £470m from TerraForm Power.  Comprising 24 operational assets, Vortex’s new acquisition represents one of the largest solar PV portfolios in the UK.
    • DONG Energy on its divestment of the transmission assets to the offshore transmission owner of the Westermost Rough offshore wind farm, as part of the OFTO tender process run by Ofgem.
    • DONG Energy and ScottishPower on its divestment of the transmission assets to the offshore transmission owner of the West of Duddon Sands offshore wind farm, as part of the OFTO tender process run by Ofgem.
    • PNE Wind AG on various issues relating to the sale of its UK wind far project pipeline with a capacity of 1,130 MW.
    • Investec on issues arising under construction contracts (including EPC Contracts, TSA Contracts, MSA Contracts and BOP Contracts) across a portfolio of onshore wind turbine sites.
    • Bayerische Landesbank on a post-construction financing of several operational UK photovoltaic sites where Hanwha Q Cells is the developer.
    • Bayerische Landesbank on issues arising under construction contracts in relation to the long-term financing of an onshore wind FiT portfolio with an overall capacity of between 8-10 MW.
    • Barclays on a post-construction financing of a portfolio of UK photovoltaic sites.
    • Various banks, including Investec, RBS and Barclays on bankability issues arising under construction contracts (including EPC contracts and O&M contracts) for various solar projects in the UK where Lightsource is the developer.
