    • A German bank in relation to a settlement agreement to prepay the outstanding loan amount and in relation to the release over the security and discharge of a Marshall Islands mortgage.
    • A Suisse Bank on a loan agreement for the financing of the acquisition costs of two vessels managed by a German ship-owner.
    • A Suisse Bank on the enforcement of mortgages over two vessels through court auction sale and advising on the financing of the acquisition costs of the same vessels Greek ship-owners.
    • Numerous banks (on unrelated transactions) in relation to the restructuring of existing facilities by agreement with their corporate customers.
    • Numerous banks (on unrelated transactions) in relation to defaults under existing loan facilities and restructuring solutions.
