    Adam’s recent experience includes advising:
    • Sequoia Investment Management on the project financing of a 55 MW solar portfolio located in Poland. This transaction is the first large project financing under the newly implemented auction support systems in Central-Eastern Europe.
    • Institutional investors on a £1.3bn investment-grade bond in relation to the acquisition by leading Danish pension funds PKA and PFA of a 50% stake in 659 MW Walney Extension offshore wind farm from Ørsted (formerly DONG Energy). The deal is valued at £2bn, of which £1.3bn is being funded through the issuance of the bond.
    • The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc on the portfolio financing of 14 PV plants in the UK.
    • Bayerische Landesbank on the non-cross-collateralised financing of three PV projects using a C.I.C. structure.
    • Solar 21 on the acquisition of rights to build a 22 MW biomass power plant in the UK
    • Cubico Sustainable Investments on the financing and corporate restructuring of a portfolio of UK ground-mounted solar and onshore wind generating assets.
