Aarti Jagpal

Aarti is a Senior Associate in the London Employment group.

She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law across a wide range of sectors.

Aarti has extensive experience of employment tribunal litigation, acting for both Respondents and Claimants.

Her non-contentious experience includes advising on senior executive contracts, post-termination restrictions, consultancy agreements and providing transactional corporate support (including advice on TUPE).

Aarti also regularly assists both employers and employees on settlement agreements and advises on all matters pertaining to the end of an employment relationship.
