    Aranzazu’s experience includes:
    • Advising Banco Santander, Caixabank and Bankinter in relation to a syndicated mortgage loan granted to restructure the debt of the Spanish-listed REIT Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Assets SOCIMI’s assets, which consist of more than nine high-street commercial assets located in five different Spanish cities.
    • Advising Crédit Agricole and Banco Santander in relation to a syndicated property facility granted to a joint venture between Neinver and Colony Capital, for the acquisition of 23 logistic assets located in 13 Spanish Autonomous Communities (Comunidades Autónomas).
    • Advising Banco Santander in relation to a mortgage-backed property facility granted to an SPV managed by Avignon Capital to leverage the acquisition of an office building located at Carrer Fontanella (Barcelona) and to finance its refurbishment.
    • Advising Banco Sabadell in relation to a syndicate mortgage loan granted to two SPVs belonging to Green Oak in order to acquire a logistic park located in Quer (Guadalajara) as well as logistics warehouses located in Loeches (Madrid).
    • Advising the Board of Directors of Asentia Project and its shareholders on corporate governance matters.
    • Advising Banco Popular in relation to the mortgage loan granted to a wholly owned subsidiary of the international fund Alsis Funds, for the acquisition of an office building located in María de Molina Street (Madrid).
    • Advising Banco Santander in relation to a mortgage-backed property facility granted to a wholly owned subsidiary of GMP Property SOCIMI (Spanish-listed REIT) to partially finance the acquisition price of an office building located in Trespaderne Street (Madrid), as well as, among others, to finance the CAPEX envisaged for the refurbishment of the building.
