Watson, Farley & Williams, a leading international firm, is pleased to announce that it recently advised Uranium Resources plc on its placing to raise £800,000.
Uranium Resources plc is a uranium exploration and development company listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc with a focus on Tanzania. The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes and for the development of the Mtonya Prospect (located in the Selous Basin in southern Tanzania) where the company is currently undertaking a two phase drilling programme.
Jan Mellmann, Head of the International Corporate Group, led the team for Watson, Farley & Williams and was assisted by solicitor Gareth Burge.
