17 November 2015

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is very pleased to announce that Rosa Ng Sin Kiu will be joining its Hong Kong office as a corporate partner in November.

Rosa joins the firm from Squire Patton Boggs, where she was a partner in its corporate finance practice advising on a broad spectrum of corporate finance work including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity and equity-linked offerings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliances and Sino-foreign joint ventures. She acts for both issuers and underwriters in securities listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange – Main Board and GEM Board – and has advised listed companies on various transactional matters.

Her appointment will significantly enhance WFW’s corporate practice in Hong Kong.

Rosa joins a number of corporate partners recruited by WFW within the past year, including Nigel Taylor, Andy Savage, Martin Thomas and Dearbhla Quigley in London, Arnaud Felix in Paris, Suhail Mirza in Dubai and Adele Hogan in New York.

Commenting on the appointment, Head of WFW Hong Kong Madeline Leong said: “We are delighted to welcome Rosa to WFW. Her arrival will strengthen our corporate presence in Hong Kong and the broader Asia region. Rosa will work closely with our other Asian offices in Singapore and Bangkok, as well as our associated law firm in Vietnam, LVN & Associates.”

Partner Rosa Ng said: “I am excited to be able to bring my extensive corporate finance experience to support the firm’s ambitions for its corporate practice in Hong Kong and across Asia and its core sectors.”
