WFW strengthens real estate with New York partner hire

Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW”), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Lampiasi will join WFW on February 24 as a partner in the real estate group in the firm’s New York office.

Jeff has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions for a diverse clientele including owners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants, ranging in size and sophistication from single property owners to publicly traded REITs.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked on the acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of major office buildings and condominium projects throughout New York City, as well as a number of well-known hotels throughout the USA, and several theme park properties (including Sea World).

Prior to setting up his own firm in 2000, Jeff spent a total of 10 years in private practice in the real estate departments of Proskauer Rose LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
