WFW strengthens its Energy practice in Italy with new partner hire

Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW”), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce the strengthening of its presence in Italy with a significant lateral hire for its Energy sector group. Cristina Martorana will join WFW’s Milan office as partner, together with three assistants, Lorenzo DʹAlessandro, Ginevra Biadico and Marta Zilianti, from the Milan office of Clifford Chance.

Cristina Martorana has been a partner at Clifford Chance since 2007 and was head of the Regulatory Law Department in Milan. She is regarded as a major expert in the energy sector, with multidisciplinary experience ranging from public and regulatory law to environmental law, from the pharmaceutical sector to data protection matters.
