International law firm Watson Farley & Williams LLP (“WFW”) is delighted to announce the opening on February 16, 2016 of its new offices in New York City at 250 West 55th Street.

In a deal delivered by WFW NY Real Estate partners, Michael Fein and Jeff Lampiasi, WFW‘s new offices are a third larger than its previous premises at 1133 Avenue of the Americas. WFW will occupy the entire 31st floor and northeast corner of the 30th floor (with expansion rights) of the 38 story tower that is one of the newest office buildings in midtown Manhattan.

Daniel Rodgers, WFW NY Managing Partner commented: “We are delighted with our new space which complements and exemplifies our growing real estate, corporate, litigation, and finance practices in New York.”

Jeff Lampiasi added: “Boston Properties has developed an outstanding tower and we are grateful to them and our design and construction team in making this transition such a pleasure.”

WFW’s joint Global Managing Partner, Chris Lowe said: “Having been in the New York legal market for over a generation, this move reflects our continued investment in providing our clients with the services they require and is a key element of our global expansion strategy as a firm. We are very excited to be doing business from this dynamic, modern space.”
