International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has made a significant addition to its highly regarded Transport Sector Group with the hire in London of Partner Louise Mor from White & Case.

Louise specialises in rail, aviation and equipment financing, with extensive experience advising on complex structured financings, asset portfolio financings, operating leases, ECA-backed financings, PDP financing, off-balance sheet structures and asset sales and purchases. The geographic spread of her client base is extremely broad, encompassing a wide range of clients from lenders in Europe and the US, to European rolling stock lessors and operators, to Export Credit Agencies and private entities worldwide.

WFW Global Transport Sector Head Rex Rosales commented: “Louise has a superb reputation for both aviation and rail finance and is an outstanding addition to our team. Transport is one of the firm’s key specialist sectors and one we are committed to expanding as this hire, following on from those of Oliver Tebbit in Dubai and Samuel Kolehmainen in Singapore last year, clearly demonstrates”.

Louise said: “Given my focus on rail and aviation finance, WFW represents the ideal global platform for me to strengthen and expand my practice by granting my clients access to the unrivalled sector-based expertise the firm can offer”.
