International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Christoph Naumann as a partner in its Frankfurt office. He joined WFW on 2 May 2016 from Norton Rose Fulbright where he served as of Counsel.

Christoph specialises in M&A, joint ventures and all aspects of corporate law, as well as general commercial matters (including commercial agreements). He advises sellers and acquirers from diverse industries – notably life sciences, technology, automotive and real estate – on complex cross-border and domestic transactions, and in relation to listed companies and equity capital markets.

With the addition of Christoph, WFW strengthens its German corporate offering and continues its expansion in Frankfurt. In recent years, WFW Germany has been notable for its role advising on high profile corporate transactions and now counts 34 lawyers, including 11 partners and 23 associates.

Head of WFW Germany, Marcus Bechtel comments: “The addition of Christoph and the consequent continuing expansion of our German corporate practice, especially in Frankfurt, is a key element of the firm’s growth strategy. His expertise and experience provide the firm with the opportunity to further enhance our client offering in the corporate and M&A space”.
