Watson, Farley & Williams, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has assisted ASA Sunpower GmbH, a Swiss company active in the renewable energy sector, in the acquisition of a photovoltaic project under construction in Puglia with a power output of around 1 MW. The plant will be built and connected to the Italian national grid by the end of this year.

Renewable energy lawyer Andrea Ceschina coordinated the operation, aided by lawyers Federico Fabiano and Liliana La Farina, providing legal support in the project acquisition phase, the negotiation and finalisation of the land leasing contracts, and the post-closing phase.

Lawyer Andrea Ceschina said: “The firm assisted ASA Sunpower GmbH in all the phases of implementation of the project, thanks to the multidisciplinary expertise acquired in this sector. This operation allows ASA Sunpower GmbH to consolidate its position in the Italian market as a player in the renewable energy industry.”
