Trackunit was also advised by Danish law firm Bruun & Hjejle, who also assisted its current shareholders on their acquisition of the company in 2015.

Our cooperation with Bruun & Hjejle, established in former projects with Danish client involvement, was also beneficial in the present acquisition transaction”.
