WFW advises Onefinestay on its setting up in Paris

17 October 2013

Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has advised Onefinestay on the setting up in Paris of a platform for booking luxury apartments between individuals.

The establishment of a platform in Paris follows on from the group’s successful operations in London and New York. Other potential European capitals are currently being assessed.

In order to ensure its development, Onefinestay was able to raise the funds necessary for such expansion through different investors.

Keyvan Nilforoushan, Managing Director of Onefinestay France, commented: “The French market was the next logical step for us in our development by bringing an additional service to an already existing offer.”

Paris Corporate partner Pascal Roux, assisted by Pierre Ferroud and Yassine Allam, managed the global structuring of the project (real estate, corporate, contracts), and was supported by Public Law consultant Lucien Rapp for the regulatory aspects and Tax partner Romain Girtanner, assisted by Margot Wilhelm, in relation to the fiscal aspects.
