Watson, Farley & Williams’ Hamburg Real Estate team strengthened by new partner arrival

Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW”), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of partner Michael-Alexander Rojnic, who joins the firm’s Hamburg office early April 2012. Michael-Alexander will lead WFW’s German property group.

Michael-Alexander focuses on real estate transactions, real estate developments, lease and construction, public building law, corporate real estate matters, and related litigation, and has particular expertise in office and hotel developments. He worked for the German law firm GSK Stockmann + Kollegen in Hamburg for more than 12 years, since 2005 as partner.

Six partners from WFW’s offices in Germany currently provide corporate, tax and finance advice on real estate matters, and with Michael-Alexander’s arrival the firm will now be able to advise banks, investors, and real estate developers. His arrival takes the total number of partners providing advice on real estate matters at WFW globally to 25.
