Watson, Farley & Williams advises Indigo Fruit on its acquisition by Total Produce

Watson, Farley & Williams, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has advised Indigo Fruit on its sale to Total Produce. The value of the deal is confidential.

Indigo Fruit is a trading company specialising in the fruit trade. It is one of France’s market leaders and is based in Vitrolles, near Marseilles. It has been bought by Total Produce, a subsidiary of Fyffes. Indigo will now be integrated into a group with a presence in Europe, the US, and Central and South America, giving it the opportunity for national and international expansion.
