WFW advises Deutsche Annington on the merger with GAGFAH

Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE (“Deutsche Annington”) instructed leading international law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) to advise on all the employment law matters related to the merger with the housing company GAGFAH S.A. (“GAGFAH”).

Following the completion of the merger, the group will be Germany’s largest real estate company and the second largest stock exchange-listed real estate company in Continental Europe, with a combined portfolio valued at approximately €21 billion, featuring 350,000 residential units and around one million tenants.

Managing 185,000 residential units and with more than 3,250 employees, Deutsche Annington is the largest private-sector residential real estate company in Germany. The GAGFAH group, with approximately 144,000 rental flats and a further 35,000 flats managed for third parties is currently one of the leading stock exchange-listed residential real estate companies in Germany.
