WFW advises ABO Wind on CPPA with Groupe Pochet
The agreement enables Groupe Pochet to pursue its CSR roadmap and decarbonisation plan.
We advise on a wide variety of public law issues across our core sectors and a range of other sectors, including contentious administrative and public law procedures, public contracts, environmental and nature protection, State aid and subsidies, public-private partnerships, concessions and permit and planning procedures.
Our public law team represents clients before EU Courts, national authorities, and at regional and local levels, in all instances. Examples of our work include representation to both contracting authorities and private parties before the Administrative Courts, with specific regard to the procedures governing the award of public contracts, development of models for the financing, construction and operation of infrastructure, equipment and services and support in drafting legal and regulatory provisions at state, regional and local levels.
Through our expertise across the full range of regulatory, competition and public law, which often overlap, we provide holistic advice with a view to mitigating risk and delivering on commercial objectives.
The agreement enables Groupe Pochet to pursue its CSR roadmap and decarbonisation plan.
This marks the first wind CPPAs for Valorem and the fourth and fifth for Mousquetaires group.
Deep seabed mining contractors and Sponsoring States have several compulsory and binding dispute settlement options to enforce their rights and protect their investments under UNCLOS. Such options are critical to ensure that the International Seabed Authority and its member States comply with their legal obligations under UNCLOS.
