Summary
Alfred Yudes joined Watson, Farley & Williams
in 1990 and is the current Head of the New York office. He specialises
in maritime, commercial, insurance and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration
work. His experience includes charterparty disputes, shipbuilding
and conversion contracts, vessel sales, container manufacture, purchase
and leasing, vessel casualties, foreclosures and enforcement of security
instruments, trading and sales, securities and derivatives, insolvencies
and workouts.
