Verena Scheibe is a partner of the International Tax Group of Watson, Farley & Williams. She joined the firm in October 2006 after having started her career with PriceWaterhouse Coopers in 2001. Verena was admitted as a tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 2004. She specialises in M&A and private equity work as well as real estate transactions with an emphasis on closed-end funds. She also focuses on renewable energies. In addition, Verena is a lecturer at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the Fachinstitut für Steuerrecht e.V. in Hamburg.
