Thomas Hollenhorst joined Watson, Farley
& Williams in October 2005 to found the new Hamburg office. He is qualified
as German lawyer and has over 8 years experience on a wide range of banking
and finance matters, including structured and acquisition finance, asset
and project finance (energy, shipping, real estate), workout and restructuring,
and general banking matters including financial services and capital markets.
Since working with Watson, Farley & Williams Thomas has become a specialist
in renewable energy transactions within Germany and elsewhere in Europe
and has particular experience in working for banks, developers and investors
on large scale project and structured financings.
