Patricia Iandoli joined Watson, Farley &
Williams in 2003 as Partner. She specialises in the US tax aspects
of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and asset finance
transactions,
including equipment leasing. She also practices in the tax aspects of
cross-border
investments, project finance transactions, capital markets transactions
and mergers and acquisitions.

of offshore LNG regasification facility.

and investors in connection with investment in US real estate.
- Representation of private equity fund in
connection with diligence and tax matters relating to the acquisition of
a leasing company.
