    • Acting for a French bank in relation to SACE export credit syndicated post-delivery financing of two passenger cruise ships to be built at Fincantieri for a US shipowner
    • Acting for a Dutch bank in relation to US$114,75m syndicated loan to Japanese/Algerian joint venture for acquisition of LNG carrier newbuilding
    • Acting for a French bank in relation to a buyer credit loan facility of US$371m to finance seven newbuildings
