She specialises in international tax, including international tax structuring, corporate and asset finance, tonnage tax, M&A, LBO, debt and equity finance, corporate restructuring schemes, and management incentive schemes. She has advised financial institutions, corporations and major shipping companies.   Recent Experience Advising a French bank as agent for the single investor French tax €90m lease financing by way of a credit-bail of a Ro-Ro type newbuilding   Acting for a French bank in relation to the €840m French tax lease (39CA) and COFACE export credit syndicated post-delivery financings of two 2,550 passenger cruise ships built at Aker Yards S.A. for a Swiss shipowner Advising a French shipowner in relation to the sale of newly acquired ship (USD92m) on the tax capital gain tax exemption in the French Tonnage Tax Acting for a French shipowner on the restructuring of its French group and the election for the French tonnage tax Acting for a French shipowner on the election if the French group for the French tonnage tax Acting for a French group in the media industry in relation to the restructuring of 22 French corporations.
