Summary
Michael L’Estrange joined Watson, Farley
& Williams in 1996 and was made a Partner in 2000. He specialises
in all areas of corporate taxation as it related to the shipping sector.
This includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and employee
benefits with a particular focus on asset/structured finance. He
also regularly advises on the tax aspects of tax-based leasing arrangements
and the UK tonnage tax system. Michael is an associate of the Chartered
Institute of Taxation.
