Lothar Wegener joined Watson, Farley & Williams as a partner in April 2006 and is now Head of the Hamburg office. Lothar qualified as a tax advisor ("Steuerberater") in 1996. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, real estate and closed end funds transactions.
