Gareth joined Watson, Farley & Williams
as a trainee solicitor in September 2003 and qualified into the International
Corporate Group in September 2005. He specialises in a broad range of corporate
work including corporate finance, joint ventures, group reorganisations,
mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Recent Experience
- advising Oriel Securities Limited and Tristone
Capital Limited on the admission to AIM of Valiant Petroleum plc and related
equity fundraising of approximately £54 million
- advising GVM Metals Limited, the AIM, ASX
and JSE listed coal mining and metals processing company, in connection
with equity fundraisings of approximately £72 million
- advising Diamonex Limited, the ASX and
Botswana Stock Exchange listed diamond explorer, on its fast-track admission
to AIM and creation of a stamp duty reserve tax exempt depositary interest
trading facility
