Summary
Douglas Wardle joined Watson, Farley &
Williams in 1993 as a Partner, and is head of the Projects Group. He deals
with projects, acquisitions, joint venture and privatisations in Europe,
especially in the energy sector. Since qualifying he has been working
exclusively in mainland Europe advising international corporations, multilateral
agencies, banks and Governments on power and oil and gas projects and
privatisation
transactions. Douglas has undertaken work in almost every country in the
region and is recognised as one of the foremost providers of legal assistance
in privatisation transactions and projects in the energy sector.
